Restart IIS Service.

  • Go to Start,
  • Search for Services.msc,
  • Find the ‘World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SVC)’,
  • Restart the service.

Restart Exchange Services

  • Keep Services.msc open,
  • Restart all Microsoft Exchange Services, by restarting:
    Microsoft Exchange active directory topology service.

Restart the server

If the above options didn’t work you can always try to restart the server.

Restart IIS Service.

World Wide Web Publishing Service is a component of Internet Information Services (IIS) on Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems that allows users to publish Web content for use on the Internet.

This service ensures that the web page to Outlook on the web works .

  • Go to Start,
  • Search for Services.msc like the image below.
