It’s important to keep your website up-to-date, but the translation updates come on a daily basis?

I thought to myself why do I actually have the language Dutch when the console is in English? I also have no other users on my blog, so where does Dutch come from?

Probably because I’m Dutch..

There are all kinds of tutorials on the internet, mainly on WordPress Stack Exchange, but not one post has a clear step-by-step plan with screenshots included.

Before we start we need a few things:

  • An FTP client such as FileZilla
  • An FTP account with editor rights
